Coach Mentoring-Are You Aware Of The Latest Trend In The Game?

Marketing on the internet without an online marketing coach is like sitting in a classroom without a teacher. Tell me, if an exam is drawn, would you pass? Even if you succeeded, it wouldn’t be an easy one unless you are a genius. You see, the internet is a place where your success is based on using workable marketing methods. How do you know those methods and their usage if you are not shown by somebody who has used them? Luckily for me, when I started my online marketing home based business I was taken through all details of my business by a coach. Guess what, I’ll not be selfish, what she (coach) showed me I’ll show you.

Mentoring is developing a long relationship over a period of time. The mentor helps the mentee to see the issues that are impacting his or her success. Mentoring involves developing for the future as well.

You could earn any rate you like per hour or half hour lesson, so the earning potential is almost limitless. The rate would depend on your experience, the subject matter, and what people are willing to pay. If you already teach you could greatly increase your number of students. Say for example you already teach guitar to a handful of local people. Now imagine how many new students you could get from a potential 2 billion people, you could turn a part time job into a full time job.

3) Follow up is when your “paid sessions” have all been used. Now what? Are you supposed to be satisfied with e-mail support only? If that is their answer then all I have to say is “BIG WHOOP”. No what you should expect is both email support and a call from time to time to help clarify issues you might be having.

=> A Sounding Board and good listener. You can share with your marketing coach your ideas, dreams, frustrations, doubts, and concerns because your coach knows where you are coming from. Your coach “gets” you.

Don’t be afraid technology coach to e-mail them with questions or find out if they have free content such as a newsletter. Find out as much about this person as you can. Treat each potential candidate as if they were applying for a job with your company and hire who you think would help you the most.

Many coaches believe that, as a technology coach, being specific and measurable is difficult… one reason is that they’ve been taught that they can help anyone by challenging what’s inside that person. But, I’m challenging YOU to start taking responsibility for what you can measurably deliver, and what YOU personally bring to that relationship, not just what is within the person you are working with. There is SOMETHING that YOU personally bring to the relationship. Step up and own that, then make sure that the word is spread, and that you are known for that result, and the VALUE of that result.

Choose the right business coach and you can experience a quantum leap forwards in just about every area of your business – choose the wrong one and you could regret your decision for many years to come.

Please take the time to learn from your customers. Talk with them. Get you’re “A-type” customers in a room, tell them that they are important to you and you want to learn how you could better service their needs. Get suggestions from them.

My Technology coach (when I finally realized I needed one), explained the benefits of having someone push, prod, nudge and steer you. Using a sports analogy, I asked how a life and business development coach differs from one who coaches sports. I quickly learned that there is no difference. Coaching is coaching. The players on the field know the game, know how to play, and are experts in their positions. But the coaches also know the game, and see a different view of what’s going on by standing on the sidelines.

And in business? Your business is doing OK. You’re comfortable, but maybe you’re a little dissatisfied with how much you’re making or how many hours you’re working. Or maybe you’re just aware that it could probably be better. A coach can help you do the full business health check, align your personal goals with those of your business and develop an action plan to stimulate a more healthy future. And then, unlike a business consultant, be there with you to motivate you and monitor your progress with a regular check up.

There is a right way though, that will help you avoid the pit falls, and speed up the process. First develop a good business plan, a clear and precise plan. Set goals, than take massive and consistent action to achieve your goals. Finally hire a business technology coach, to hold you accountable to your plan.

The easier we can make giving referrals, the more effective we can make it (and more likely to happen). Modern technology has the answer: email. There are two reasons for this. First of all, it creates a written record of the referral, so that the contact information is readily accessible. The second reason, probably even more important, is the the “carbon copy” function of email allows the person doing the recommending to notify both the person they are referring and the person they are referring to at the same time.
