Loosely fold the ends of the tan stems opposite the tape. (Don’t press down yet.) Remove the tape. Use scallop-edge scissors to trim 1 finish of each roll. To every boot (reduce out in step 5), add 3 brads the place indicated on sample. Fold rolls in half, with ribbon-coated seam in center of back. Glue a boot inside scalloped edge of each roll. Hold roll till glue sets. These are the legs.
