The truth is there are five things every financially successful coach knows and understands about their coaching business. And if you know these five things you, too, can build a successful coaching business. But until you have mastered these five concepts, you will continue to struggle to build a successful practice.
As a younger child I played many teams in all kinds of different sports. My favorite of course was baseball. Baseball has many different scenarios and many different possible outcomes depending how you play the game and what kind of coach you have. Does this sound familiar to business world? Your business plays a particular role in the business world and must create a strategy to work around all the other businesses. The person to help you with these strategies is your coach. Where can you find this business coach and who do I look for? Not only can you find a business coach, but the cost are minimal and the knowledge gained will be invaluable.
If yes, how successful they are? Has any of their technology coach participants made millions of dollars online? If the students that are coached, end up only reselling the Coach’s ebooks or softwares, then something must be wrong!
When you have your people on the same page and a system to measure their performance, you’ll be more successful. Many times business owners say they can’t find good people. I have found that many times it’s not the people, but the lack of systems and management that is the problem. Be objective. Think outside the box.
An internet marketing coach will show you that it will take time to grow your business and that success can’t be achieved in a few days or weeks. No matter how many times it takes to explain something she will make sure that you have an understanding of the time factor involved in reaching the level of success that you desire.
The next level is enhanced support. The responsibility for marketing will always be in your hands, but the enhanced level will provide you with prepared materials to enable you to get your message out as loudly and as clearly as possible.

Do you really need a coach in Internet marketing? Well, I guess it really depends on where you’re at in Internet marketing and where you desired to get to. Are you making money in Internet marketing? Or are you not? Are there people online who are making more money than you are? If indeed there are, then it would only make sense. Spending time with those people online who are making more money than you are, could give you the benefit of seeing how to actually get it done.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to admit that you need help. It is difficult that you might need an Internet marketing coach to teach you the way it is done, the way it should be done, to make money online. If making money online were genuinely easy, then there would be many many more people online who are getting rich in Internet marketing. But frankly, it’s not as easy as the commercials make it seem, it’s not as easy as the guy who claims he does all his work in his underwear. I make a nice income online, I do not sit on my underwear, I work 40 plus hours per week.
Hiring a business coach is often the turning point for entrepreneurs. It’s at this point that many of them finally begin to develop the business they’ve always envisioned, but could never quite reach. Their income goes up, their efficiency improves, and their stress levels decrease.
When I started out, I had no idea how to create a website, setup an auto responder, write a blog, get traffic, write sales copy, do “SEO”, create marketing pieces… actually, I could fill an entire blog post with a list of things I DID’T KNOW, but that would be almost as boring as the story I’m about to tell you (don’t worry, it has a point).
As a business coach I have seen too many small business owners trying to grow their business by using what we refer to as the “scattergun” method. That’s where you prepare an advertisement that is designed to appeal to any possible customer that might have an interest in your product.
You don’t have to be ill to see a doctor. Similarly, your business doesn’t have to be struggling to benefit from a business coach. Get your business in tip top condition, working hard, so you don’t have to.
Self Analysis: As the business owner, it’s time to take a close look at your strengths and weaknesses. While we don’t like to admit we’re weak in some areas, some business owners are equally as reluctant to identify their strengths! Make a list. Figure out what areas you’re strong in and what in areas could you use help.
Once a business coach identifies the problem he or she will be able to identify the root cause. That is important because if you continue to fix the symptom, you will keep having the problem. As an example, if you have cash flow problems that is a symptom. What’s the root cause? Is it collections, are your prices too low, are your costs too high? There can be many causes and until you fix those, you’ll never improve.
